
Transport Canada recently published major changes to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations. These changes are often referred to as "Amendment 6."
TDG Regulations
Danatec has consolidated all of these changes into the new edition of the TDG Regulations. Customers who subscribe to the update service receive replacement pages for their binders whenever the Regulations are amended.

Amendments 7 and 8 Amendment 7 was a very brief set of changes to the TDG Regulations. Danatec's update services subscribers received replacement pages for their Regulations binders shortly after Amendment 7 came into effect on August 22, 2007.
Amendment 8 is being prepared by Transport Canada and will be published for comment in the Canada Gazette, Part I. It becomes law when it is published in the Canada Gazette, Part II.
As soon as information regarding Amendment 8 is available, Danatec will take the appropriate steps to inform clients and will publish new material in a timely fashion.
